Youth Policy Cooperation between Turkey and Sweden is the project conducted by Department of Youth Services (YSD) and Swedish National Board of Youth Affairs (SNBYA) for the years 2008-2010 funded by SIDA. (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency)
Initially the overall objectives of the project was general and fourfold:
- To increase the cooperation regarding national and local youth policy between Swedish and Turkish actors.
- To increase the knowledge about youth and their situation in Turkey and Sweden.
- To increase the knowledge about European youth policy in Turkey and Sweden.
- To increase the number of projects between Turkey and Sweden within the EU funded mobility programme Youth in Action.
